PNEUMATIC VACUUM STATION
PVS5-P

For resin infusion process and RTM/RTM-light. Ideal for the industrial manufactories with a central compressed airline. An ejector is used to create a vacuum. For operation, the station must be connected only to compressed air, with a pressure of 5 to 10 atm. PVS5-P can be used as vacuum traps and degassers. The ejector does not require maintenance, oil filling and repair unlike vacuum pumps, and also has a low cost and is completely fire-explosion safe.

  • Quick-change connections for 8, 10 and 12 mm diameter vacuum tubes with plugs.
  • Convenient attachment of the cap - on magnets, facilitates and accelerates removal and installation of cap.
  • Two entries for trap - one with a ball valve, the second valve for smooth discharge and vacuum depth adjustment.
  • Strong construction of a steel trap with high-quality powder painting.
  • Vacuum ejectors can create a vacuum with a depth of up to 90%, are convenient and easily controlled in the entire pressure range.
  • Do not require maintenance, lubrication, do not contain movable parts, the noise level is low.
